The Lakeside Apartments are located on the picturesque shores of Spring Lake in Dassel Minnesota. It's an older adult community with 32 apartments designed to accommodate and serve the needs of your active retirement lifestyle.

Ownership
The Lakeside Apartments are owned and operated by Augustana Care Corporation and the Dassel Community Board. The Administrator of the Lakeside Health Care Center provides management services and all apartment services are under the direction of a full-time Apartment Services Coordinator.

Admission Criteria
Admission is open to any individual regardless of race, religion, sex or national origin. As a general guideline, we accept tenants who are 55 years or older.

Advantages
There are many advantages to living at Lakeside Apartments. You will no longer have the burden of maintaining a house, shoveling the driveway or going out in the snow for groceries. There is no reason a tenant would have to leave the building unless he or she chooses to.

Our tenants live among others who share their interests and concerns. There are many opportunities for socializing and making new friends. For your safety, Lakeside Apartments offers a 24- hour emergency call system and home health is available through our partnerships with home health agencies serving the Dassel community.

Lakeside Apartments come equipped with all your basic living needs. Our full service units include: a kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom and bathroom with tub or shower. Most single bedroom units are 506 square feet, some larger, and the two bedroom units are 888 square feet. Each apartment is furnished with an air conditioner, electric stove and frost-free refrigerator. All other furnishings, including window coverings, are the responsibility of the tenant.

Parking
Garages or parking places are available. During the winter months, electric outlets are available for a small charge.
